The term “sacred” invokes two distinct definitions of the word: that which is holy, and that which is a cherished part of the life of a community.

A selection of images from the series was featured in the Italian Street Photography Festival in Rome in 2023 and the Project 2020 Exhibit at the Los Angeles Center of Photography. Individual images have appeared in a number of exhibitions across the US and abroad, and a solo exhibition was on view at Pearl S. Buck International, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania in 2018. The exhibit is available for travel.
